Solar eclipses I'm keeping in mind and approximately watching out for...
- 2010
- Easter island!
- 2012
- 13 november - 5-8am in Cairns, QLD

- 2017
- Through north america - the point of maximum eclipse is just up the road from Nashville, so I expect some kind of awesome music festival!
- 2019
- Buenos Aires gets skimmed right on sunset.
- 2024
- Mexico, up through Dallas, then Niagra Falls
- 2026
- North spain at Sunset (Madrid, you just barely miss out)
- 2027
- Gibralter Straight, the Nile (just north of Aswan Dam) and also Mecca
- 2028, 2030, 2037, 2038
- four total eclipses in Australia in a decade. Including a bullseye through Sydney (2028), and a skim shot on Brisbane (2037).
- 2042
- Annular eclipse in Australia (through NT (including Elliott) down through Canberra (Lake George!?)
- 2045
- Florida (Cape Canaveral!), The Bahamas, Haiti
- 2053
- Straights of Gibraltar, just outside Mecca
