Some nominations:

• Action chases
  • Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior - Vehicles
  • Casino Royale - Foot (Wikipedia:Parkour)

• Comedy chases
  • The Great St Trinian's Train Robbery - Trains
  • Blues Brothers - Vehicles
  • Wallace and Grommit: The Wrong Trousers - Trains

It's a curious point that the two english entries are both comedic, and are both based on trains rather than cars/vehicles.
