SIPS = Simple Internet Publishing System.

SIPS is a phpdriven, filesystem-backend driven weblog style system - think slashdot.

NAFS adds a crude CMS (Content Management System) to SIPS for storage and handling of stable page content and information.

NAFS is used by Nemo on his homepage.
